    Sometimes we feel that I don't like doing anything I don't feel like waking up from the bed itself I feel like cry I don't even like to have bath. I don't even like to have the food which I used to like. I don't want to go out with friends. I don't want to invite friends even if someone wanted to come. I avoid going out hanging out with friends. So these are sometimes which can happen and is this a problem no this is not a problem is this normal. No it is not normal which means means even though it is not a problem it is not normal why because something is disturbing me. Am I thinking clinging on to something and am I not able to get an answer for it and that is when I lose interest. Sometimes I seek attention sometimes I seek love sometimes expecting something to happen in my life and when these are the things are not happen happening in my life I lose interest in continuing those activities and I might feel that I am not acknowledged I'm not recognized and I deserve more why people don't understand me whenever you go through this for more than 10 15 days I would suggest you go and talk to your friend resolve it understand yourself. If you feel no I cannot talk to any anyone I don't have a clarity what am I actually going through maybe on those occasions you seek a professional support. Go for a counseling session share discuss and resolve the issue at that level itself instead of allowing it to the next level called depression.
