- Hey everyone! We're showcasing our newest Express Steel brush cutter today with a video of it chopping up a Dodge Neon. This cutter took the car down to nothing in a matter of minutes with very little effort. You will see a shot of the undercarriage at the end of the video to show it did not harm the brush cutter at all.
