Judy Mowatt's classic hit, "Black Woman" performed at the Diamond Club, Toronto (and also in Montreal) in June, 1989.
The band: back-up singers Annicia Banks and Sharon Jackson, Danny Miller on bass, Cornell Campbell on drums, Horace James on keyboards, Marlon Graves on guitar.
I am not sure that Judy has ever gotten the recognition as a solo artist that she deserves!
