I love building huge castles in ARK but i'm really really really hoping that in ARK 2 we get a lot more variation in building materials and different styles of stonework and even decor items.
I hope they make better use of both smaller pieces for decoration and larger pieces to reduce structure count. Even better if they make a way to easily create custom shapes more like a 3d modeling program. Like Second Universe has for it's triangle shapes.
I just hope they make it better optimized so we can actually build on release huge buildings instead of waiting of 10 years gpu developement to ducktape their bad programming

Just wow. holy shit! amazing build! How long did that take you??? is it very chunky and lowframy? i sometimes have my doubts that build that big and AWESOME are really for playing the game as purley for show... because if u add like 50-75 dinos as well it must be not playable.
It's always a double edged sword watching these massive builds. On one hand, my homes usually end up as various sizes of The Box, so the design is utterly inspiring. I would love to be able to build like this. On the other hand. I play single player because of my terrible internet, so building myself a grand, sweeping castle is.. kinda pointless if it's just me in it.
Some bases are cool, some are fucking badass, and then, you have ones like this that are just… beautiful. I wish there was a way that I could explore the entire Falcon’s Keep myself. Magnificent

A fantastic (and gigantic!) build! Very well done. I got more than a few inspired ideas from this. I am working on my own build in Dark and Light (the sister, magically-themed sandbox survival game to Ark) and your cathedral/church gave my an idea how to break up the symmetrical monotony. An easy 9/10. You don't get that elusive last mark because of my "builder's OCD" when it comes to making sure everything snaps correctly and lines up perfectly. It's a curse more than a blessing; you do well to ignore (or not have) this tick. Lord knows I would have thrown my hands up in frustration and likely abandoned the project because of it. If for nothing else, I give you a thumbs up for your imperfectly, beautiful, expansive build. Well done, sir.
Imperfection and asymetry is what makes something that makes a castle feel alive. Most of my previous builds i didnt understand this. Even the uneven sides of the keep. It all makes the castle seem organic. Like a plant growing

I don’t care if it’s a game or not, this is true talent. It takes someone with a visionary gift to be able to build something like this. I do not even know how you know where to choose to make the build or where to put it all knowing how to will come out in the end. That’s true designer vision. You should’ve been an architect

There are some servers that do. Not official of course. Those can get pretty toxic. At least the PVP are. Servers with the ECO mods. Viking builds, Aztec, Roman, Babylonian, few other I cant remember. More items that you’d know what to do with.
this is great! fun tip, use the command "destroywilddinos" while recording so you dont have buggers at you while your building, or use "leavemealone" and the will still be there but wont pay attention to you

I used to do big builds like this. Now I make a big square and sometimes put a roof on it. The amount of work needed is staggering
