I would never have thought to use sandpaper. I have got a relatively new pair of TNs air max plus. One toe cap is yellowed (though cleaning mud off the shoe and the stain removal chemical must have reacted with toe cap material) and the other shoe toe cap is white. So annoying as they went from bad (mud) to worse. They look odd to wear! Purchased some whitening sole treatment that activates in the sun. Given we've had a wet July I took my trainers on holiday abroad to whiten whilst on the beach. No success after 3 attempts. The toe caps aren't like rubber soles the product is designed for. I've been searching all over the Internet eg hydrogen peroxide, bicarbonate of soda etc. I shall definitely give the sandpaper a go. Thanks👍

What grit sand paper are you using in this

I was using leftover sand paper so the grit number wasn't visible at the back. But I'd say I started at around 220 and worked up the grading and used finer grits.

The best TN tip yellow remover video I’ve seen yet… Nobody has been able to turn the tip back white. They’re just showing how to clean the shoe. Thanks 😊
