Love that Ward. Met him in 1996 at the mall in Tallahassee, Florida. He was signing for a charity. Wonderfully nice guy. That Wegman is nice, too. He’s on the Brewers Wall of Fame.
I've always heard Ward was super nice in person. Glad he took a moment to sign my cards. Not many Heisman winners do TTM. Andre Ware & Mike Rozier are just a few that come to mind.
Nice Returns! Definitely resend to Duffy. I got him a few months ago. Unfortunately he smudged his auto really bad on my rookie card of him. Really enjoying the vintage returns. That Glenn Wilson return is pretty interesting. Looks like he was feeling pretty generous that day lol.
I'm shocked my Duffy cards didn't fall out. I re-read my letter and was second-guessing every word to determine if I said something wrong or anything that had a 0.001% chance of offending him. I now assume it just got misplaced in the outgoing mail pile that he already signed.
@jaypilon8281 I'm fortunate that my LCS has a ton of common-ish cards from the late-50's through early 80's for pretty cheap. I go in there with a list and spend hours thumbing through cards.

I've realized that the older players don't waste time getting signed cards back to you. So many quick turnarounds last week, and this week.

I was flooded with 60's & 70's guys for the next video. I sent out a ton and thought they would just trickle in, but they are fast signers.
