AutoCAD DXF Format is widely used in 2D drawing of mechanical design. HFSS supports .dxf import. We can expand it to 3D structure with help of technology file (.tech).

.tech file is a text file, users can edit it by themselves.

Could you tell me what is software do you use to write a script for dimensions and color?
I can't resize after to import the DXF file into the HFSS. I use notepad only to change the color only . Thank you

Where can I find the .tech file? should I make one? or the CAD program makes it?
