Ricoh "Document Server" Setup

Your Ricoh machines typically come with a feature called the "Document Server". The element is designed for form storage. Any form that you may need to print out and have it filled out, can be stored in the machines Document Server for easy access. Since this feature stores documents on the machine it can open up valuable counter space. Please watch this video to see how easy it is to store documents, name the document and even delete them from the "Document Server" in the event the document itself has been updated.
