I just discovered a leak coming from the pressure gauge, the rubber plug had popped out and the oil in the gauge leaked out for an unknown amount of time. Any idea why that would happen, the rubber plug doesn't seem to be equipped to handle any sort pressure at all, is it a simple repair?
My 1151T is very occasionally in use since 7 years. Probably no more than 13-15 hours of operation in total. A month ago, when I tilted it back to vertical after usage, I discovered quite noticeable quantity of milky oil coming out from the bottom of the plastic body. I removed all protecting and auxiliary parts, purged the milky oil, refilled with fresh (oil sight glass remained whitish despite cleaning) cleaned the outside of the metal casing (was not too dirty) to easier spot the leak, placed paper towel underneath the DIY stand I made for the machine, and used it a few times to clean my car. Around 15 minutes in total. I really cannot see any traces of oil leakage on the body or on the paper. Grrr.... :(
Hi, how long should I run the machine (after proper outside cleaning and refill with fresh oil) to be able to spot the leaking zone? I run my 1151T for about 40 sec-1 min,, I saw no leak afterwards.
The older machines had a hole drilled to relieve any pressure that could build up in the oil chamber, the newer machine have an expansion chamber so don’t really need one but I advise to unscrew the cap and release any pressure from time to time 👍
mate your haircut is rad af. keep rocking it. your video are blessing for all the kranzle users. thanks for making them.
Hahah 🤣 thanks 🙏 🤙
Hey! Mine is the main motor shaft seal!
Is it a huge pain to change that 😬
If you don’t have the tools it can take longer

when you say run the machine is this without water? Ie it s ok to run it dry to find leaks etc
Always run water thru the pump
Never run a Kränzle for more than 3-4min without water
Hi I'm dripping water from the center of the 3 holes :( What would be the cause of that?
Usually water seals

I have an old Kranzle K 105, and the top black oil cap has a drilled hole. Don't you know why this is so?
