With a military base and airport nearby their wasn't a ton of drone friendly places so I pieced together what I shot
Colors, Saturation and Temperature are off I'm still a beginner with video but I enjoy it as a hobby

During my trip to the US (June 2016), I also have memories of driving this route.
Looks scarier than it actually is. I live in Virginia Beach and we take drives on that bridge just for a nice ride.

Personally, I love it. I'm just sad they're not keeping the gift shop/restaurant when they build the southbound Thimble Shoal Channel Tunnel.

I used to live in Virginia and I've been across that bridge tons of times,and it is very long..
Going across this bridge and going into the tunnel when I was a kid my parents would have to switch places because my mother would almost pass out

Beautiful. I would love to drive through that bridge. It looks like you driving through an ocean. The tunnel would make me nervous though. You see cars coming at 70 mph in the other direction with only a yellow line separating cars going in opposite directions---they should come up with dividers in that tunnel.
Paul L I drove through there and tbh it doesn’t feel like your driving through the ocean but the view is amazing a little scary but amazing
I go to Virginia beach every year, and the tunnel isn't scary. On your first time it might be weird, and your ears will always pop, but it is BEAUTIFUL and really cool! You might experience a wait as long as 30 minutes to 2 hours, but it is only because of the winds. If you ever go I hope you enjoy!
It's not scary if you drive on it multiple times I've been on it but the only possible thing that's ever going to happen is... Other drivers being drunk/texting or the bridge collapsing or you just not paying attention to the road

Wow that was a nice video. I like that birds eye view, it gives you a different perspective. I've driven across that bridge plenty of times now, but you don't have that view. And I never knew their was a pier off that rest stop. Maybe because I never stop on there, I just keep it moving.
I've known about the pier for decades.
Imagine running out of gas on this bridge, it would be a nightmare

I didn’t think this bridge was so bad, albeit was very long. I thought driving in the mountains in California were scarier due to the lack of railing and deep drops. There was a bit of driving until I reached the apex part because the slope was not steep at all, but I guess the real fear in driving over this bridge would come about during nasty weather.
I just hate being water. Especially the ocean lol.
