Laura is the coach. She follows the blind auditions from backstage on a monitor. If none of the four coaches turn around for a contestant, but Laura likes the contestant she can save them for her team. They then have to go on via the comeback stage round. Which is aired online on the networks streaming service. Laura joins the other four coaches for the live shows with whoever survived the comeback stage in her team.
