No,that is called "Neptune" and still has the piccolos and bell in it.

It sounds a lot better on here than it does for real as at present it sounds awful. It needs a full restoration but it never gets the attention it deserves.

Luxor, Mortier 1073 was rebuilt by Decap in the early 1950's - so they probably removed these.
