I'm also running that firmware. It's pretty slick! DSB tx on 2m/70cm is nice, not perfect, but nice to have.
Yes I realise it’s only double sideband. In fact I’m going to do a video on that. Have you tried double sideband front from one K5 to another?
No but I've done it from my 991a to the K5 and back. It's readable but strange.
Consider turning off the two pre amps that you have on the Icom and re-test, please.K5 (SSB) all day, I have the K6.
