Well if you choose to live in a state where you don't like the state laws that is your choice. If you want to challenge a State Law under the US Constitution being violated you can do that through the Federal Court system and have a state law struck down by the Federal Courts and appealed up to and including SCOTUS. Nothing has changed there and the way it has always been. Of course if Communist China works better for you, you can immigrate there or any other country with better laws. Just how it is.
Only if you don't understand the constitution and the concept of a republic. The USA is NOT a democracy. It is a constitutional republic of 50 states. You are one of those people too uneducated to vote. You don't even understand the concept of an enumerated power, or what the 9th and 10th amendments mean. Killing a child in utero is not an enumerated power. It is not a right meaning laws concerning it are reserved by the states. I know you wish murder was a right, but it is not. Murdering a child will be legal in immoral states, and will remain illegal in states where the majority is moral.

If Don'T doesn't back out of the debate, he most certainly will mock, belittle, underscore, and discredit JoB's accomplishments during his presidency. Don'T won't have any "specific" plans on how he's going to address issues and crises facing our nation (USA). Whereas JoB will present statistical data on his accomplishments/achievements during his presidency. He will also address how he plans to further handle and achieve agendas still in place and future agendas.
I don’t like questioning the credibility of science journals. The one thing about us scientist we don’t care whether you are left or right or center. We only care about one thing can we prove your theory or can we disprove your theory. That’s it look at any science journal out there any of the accredited scientific journals, and they are only trying to prove theory or disprove a theory, nobody’s trying to be political there.

Am I missing something? I dont know of anyone who is suffering in this economy. I fail the see what is so terrible about the path the country is on. You need to file suit in the Federal Court system for violations of the US Constitution then and are free to do so. You might get Idaho law struck down for being in violation of the US Constitution.
