i think it depends on the person BUT it is possible ...the author of Al Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk Books - Dr. Abdulrahman Al Fawzan says the same as the host says at 04:08 learn fusha first and then ammiya ... his interview is on Al-Andalus institute youtube page
