W..well..yes... in some way it could work but again
1) He would have to change and mantle something that its both limited and thats quite fragile to check up all of the stuff inside
which is mostly just a few audio chips. And it could perhaps damage the product itself.
Secondly sharing something that was produced with certain stamps and marks its not going to be legal as for safety of keeping the logo and similar things regarding it.
More to it..its mostly a nice and niche soundboard

I grew up with the game series ever since ineas 2, having a ps2 as well as the metal slug anthology. Im proud to say that yo this day, i still adore this series of games
