CHEESESTEAK PUFF PASTRY HAND PIES

INGREDIENTS
Beef Ribeye Steak (thinly sliced)
2 Sheets of Puff Pastry
1/2 Green Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
1/2 Red Onion (thinly sliced)
3 Cloves of minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 8-ounce Pack Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 8-ounce Pack of Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Water (beat with egg for egg wash)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven 425F degrees - Bake for 15-17 minutes
