He was boarding a plane last month travelling to Minneapolis when he received a call that her mother was kidnapped, they asked him for a huge amount of money, few days later she was free. They are targeting people they think are rich, kidnap their family member to make money. So sad..
I am impressed that we have people like Chimamanda who has gotten to the peak of her career and also fly the flag of Nigerian prominence to the World to see. That is what Nigerians have been known for over the years and not the other way round ie corruption, kidnapping and terrorism. Kudos to you Ma.
