this is an absolute masterpiece! the lyrics mesh very well with the tragic, mellow and bleak tone of the song itself without going out of the tone the song sets either! not only do the lyrics really fit, they're also written in a way that gives off this sort of unease to it as well, which also manages to fit like a glove.
the word choices for certain lines help to give that emphasis on the unease of the entire place as well, specifically the line "suffering leaves in it's wake suffering leaves"
which, not only does that line properly get the meaning of the song's name right and contextualize it in the song, it manages to just tie it all in perfectly!
and lyric choice aside, the emotion in the voice really fits as it sounds kind of like desperation and well, sorrow
the harmonization is by far the BEST part, as it just adds a lot more to the song's tone
in short, this is beautiful for a lyrics video, it'd be awesome to see more of these!

So like. OBVIOUSLY these vocals are heavenly. But I also wanna take a sec to appreciate these lyrics too
I'm not very familiar with Ultrakill, but I AM familiar with lyric writing and these are just wonderfully put together
Ideas aren't crammed into lines, the words themselves feel poetic but still natural, very few "filler" words, the fact that some lines overlap (ending one line with the beginning of another) gives a great flow to the piece, whilst not being overdone. It's all still coherent
One of the big things a lot of "with lyrics" pieces fumble is the general structure of each line, a lot of times you'll hear the wrong (aka in betweens like "or" and "and")words being enunciated, leading to a very stilted and awkward performance but you guys MASTERFULLY avoided that pitfall here. I guess it helps that the song is slow but the fact it all still feels natural should be commended nonetheless
Blah blah something something Ted Talk, I just see this sort of thing done poorly so often that I'll gladly write a thesis of praise when it's done right

I'm very late, but I'm well-versed in Ultrakill lore so lemme give you an explanation.
The game takes place in Hell, one that is very inspired by Dante's Inferno. This level in particular takes place in the second ring of the Violence layer.
The title "Suffering Leaves Suffering Leaves" directly plays into the punishment for this place.
Suffering Leaves, (the pain that caused people to take their own lives leads to...)
Suffering Leaves (becoming living trees, incapable of moving and in constant agony)

Beautiful, pure melancholy and pain filled vocals truly fits the feel of the music and I adore this. I think I'd like to hear war with lyrics to be honest but thats up to you.
