GRACE dataset available till 2017 and GRACE FO available till July 2023, how to get the current data? Any other satellite dataset use to study the groundwater TWS etc?

How we can get HUC code for different-2 basin

Actually, not that aware about the HUC codes. Google search led to apps.nationalmap.gov/viewer/ this site. Hope this helps.
