Hi Michael - Can you create an automate the creates a managers approval based on departments. Meaning if the finance manager needs approve to approve at a certain $ amount and then it needs to go to a 2nd approver because of the $ approver limit.

Question for you, why does my name as the form creator show up every time someone uses the form instead of their name?

The wrong user is being displayed in the approvals notification. It's showing "me" who created the form, but not who is submitting the form

You should probably transfer it to Microsoft Form. Word Document's are widely used in Power Automate
