I doubt that honestly, when did they make their video? Because i already see videos that are “Drew as random gacha tiktok’s” from years ago (1-2 years)
If they also made it a few years back then you might be right! But a lot of times people have the same idea, and this is the internet- It could be that somebody saw another “(Insert character) as random gacha tiktok’s.” and thought of Drew as that. This person probably doesn’t know of your friend as well
Oh and Moonlight made a vid like this 4 months ago, so that’s why this particular video is inspired by Moonlight! Moonlight has a big platform and is a really well known gacha tuber in this fandom so that’s why this video is inspired off of them
