This Chevy Express van with a beautiful Nardo Gray paint job came in for a little surgery.
We threw on our custom 4x4 Torsion Bar Conversion kit. To top it off we had to throw on a set of Method Race Wheels with some Toyo A/T as well as fox shocks all around. This is definitely one of the nicest vans to have come into the shop, we just cant get over the beautiful gray.

What are the technical differences between your conversion and Quigley's? I'm not talking about wheels, bumpers and things like that. I'm interested in the parts you use... brackets, transfer case, suspension parts... things like that. Quigley doesn't offer a solid axle for the GM's... do you?
We don't offer a solid axle either. With us you get a ton more options like gearing, shocks, springs and some very nice parts. All t-case and axle are new and come with a 3 year warranty.

Because a straight axle is for wagons and rock crawlers. The IFS rides so much nicer

just a question from the ignorant.. Why cant you take a 4x4 front end from a truck/SUV & stick it under the van? Did GM do something different on the Van, unique to the truck/SUV's?
You can, we use some of the truck parts for our 4x4 conversion.

Yeah we hear ya, 4x4 is a pretty pricey move, we offer other 2WD kits for much cheaper than a 4x4 kit 👍
