The Commissioner of Basic Education of Katsina State, Hon. Hadiza Yar'adua said, "The 3 Ps of Educational Transformation are: People (Teachers), Process (Methodology), and Product (Students). This training seeks to empower the foundational pillar, the people. Equipping the teachers with the right methods, being the process, and in turn lead to improved products, the students".
