@@vantaEDC yes. I noticed dark residue around the pivot area on the blade. I took it apart and everything was clean! The spring rust was getting the pivot oil all dirty. I brushed off what I could and added a dab of grease. A lot of knife companies aren’t using stainless steel for the locking mechanisms. Pissed me off because I can’t cut anything moist without thoroughly drying the damn parts individually

What pissed me off about that knife is the cheap rusty ass spring for the button. The weight sucks too. So close to a perfect edc
Your button spring came rusty from the factory? That’s odd. The weight could definitely be decreased the way the Pyrite liners are milled.
