I never thought Aziz was a bad guy even back then. Peter just couldn't handle the job, plain and simple. The firing was a consequence of Peter trying to live the double life of a superhero.
Joe's Pizza is the place to be. New Yorks finest. Mr Aziz is a more relatable, commendable, engaging, grounded & likeable character then anyone in Star Wars in the last 10 years.
Remember that Mr Aziz has great responsibility even without great power. He supplies quality pizza to the hard working office employees of a city of 7 million, and does so quickly, and he doesn't even have super powers. Spider-Man's life could have been a lot more like Mr Aziz's if he were more reliable. He could have started his own restaurant using some of Aunt May's recipes and done a lot of good with his power. He could have delivered wholesome casseroles at web-slinging speed across the city and warmed the hearts of countless people. I dare say if Peter were more like Mr Aziz, a lot of heartbreak could have been averted. Doc Ock's mind may have been overtaken by his sentient mechanical arms, but the way to his heart is through his stomach! Imagine in the middle of a bank robbery, your friendly neighborhood deliveryman Peter Parker swings by and notices a maddened Doctor Otto Octavius cracking open the vault. With the same sort of humility and patience as a great man like Mr Aziz, Peter could have approached with bravery and compassion, and offered the man a warm meal. That meal? Aunt May's famous chicken cacciatore, the very same meal that Octavius' own beloved wife Rosie won him over with. It's no coincidence, either. With the empathy of a man like Mr Aziz, Peter Parker would just know how to reach the lost mind of Dr Octavius. Taking just a single bite of the still hot meal fresh from the oven, Doc Ock would have immediately commanded the mechanical arms to stand down. He'd be in control from that point forward. He'd turn himself in, and Peter would testify on his behalf at the trial, letting the jury know that he sees Doc Ock as a good man who was just temporarily confused. It's the kind of thing Mr Aziz would have done, if he had spider powers himself.
Mr. Aziz may be a good boss, but he is also the series' greatest villain. What do I mean? Take a look at the slice the one guy tries to steal. That is clearly not a deep dish pizza and judging by the boxes neither were any of the others. Mr. Aziz is clearly overcharging gullible people for subpar pizzas and he fired Peter for almost ruining his scam! In all seriousness though, interesting video. I can't say this is something I ever would have thought about.
The whole "so many minutes or its free thing" is actually outlawed now because it created major traffic problems. So inevitabilly this policy is inherently problematic
Mr. Aziz could've benefited GREATLY if he knew that Peter Parker was Spider-Man. As there is one guy who could navigate through New York City, without being held up by the infamous street traffic, and deliver pizzas. The '30 minutes or less' delivery gimmick IS very customer friendly, but the cost is, as a single restaurant in such a bustling city, there is a large room for error. If Peter revealed his secret that he was Spider-Man, I think that a very lucrative compromise could be made, where Spider-Man boosts the reputation of this one store, and Mr. Aziz could continue to express lenience to Peter for saving the city on the day-to-day basis. The kids would love to have pizza delivered to them by a superhero, and because there is only one Spider-Man in New York City, Mr. Aziz would have a marketing strategy, which would rival, if not surpass the '30 minutes or less' guarantee. In fact, he would have a monopoly over THAT gimmick. I would also like to mention that Mr. Aziz is actually a very reasonable man, as he has given Peter many chances to deliver pizzas on time, but the reason why he ends up firing him, is because of the flimsy excuses Peter would regularly give out, for failing to deliver food on time. Even if it wasn't much, Mr. Aziz DID pay Peter for his work, even if Peter's own failings costed the business money, based on a strict promise the store owner (Aziz) set in place. Compared to the other side/joke characters in the Raimi Spider-Man films, he's been shown to have A LOT more patience, empathy, and understanding than the average citizen. The only thing that's holding him back, in this situation, is the truth.. Which Peter is purposely holding back from him. And I can understand why, he wants to do work honestly, as not to paint targets on those who he cares about; and there would be some added risks, if the pizzeria (or Mr. Aziz) was besieged or robbed by some plucky street thugs, or a supervillain who happened to be in the area. Naturally, Peter can't guarantee that he could balance pizza delivery and being a crimefighter, so this would make him a possible liability. But.. if Mr. Aziz had known the truth about Peter's situation, I think he would be much more understanding, because what he sees Peter as. In Spider-Man 2, from his perspective, Peter is seen as someone who isn't committed to help his business thrive, and someone who can't be relied upon, if Peter has to keep lying to his boss, to conceal his double life.
@@CalebePriester Yes, and I acknowledged that. It would not be without its own risks. The reasoning in Spider-Man 2 why Peter DOESN'T reveal his identity to Mr. Aziz goes like this: A) Peter is trying to balance his personal life through honest employment. 'With great power, comes great responsibility'. B) Informing Mr. Aziz of this would add him to the list of people he's potentially putting in danger. C) This is one of the themes in the movie. As he is forcing himself to live a double life, it places a stress in his relationships, causing them often fall through. Being a superhero, and not knowing who to trust with his secret identity is driving a wedge into many of his daily activities. Being a superhero is a life, itself. And part of a balancing act he struggles with.
I c Mr Aziz as 1 of those people on the train who saw Spider Man without his mask on n swore never to reveal his identity as well as give him help with his problems
The worst that one COULD say about this guy is that maybe his 29-minute guarantee wasn't the brightest business decision, taking into account New York's insane vehicular and pedestrian traffic issues. But its also possible he needed something to make his small business stand out against competitors, so take that with a grain of salt.
As Spider-man we are on peter's side As just another Hard working small business owner, we can understand Mr. Aziz. It's just nice to see a situation where both sides are in the right and have a point. We don't get that anymore in shows or films, now it is: Only the hero is right, everyone else is bad.
Hell yeah respect underrated character another character I suggest for Analyzing Good is Ursula Ditkovitch not so much her father though but she was good to Peter instead of simping for Mary Jane whom clearly had daddy issues among other issues Ursula actually was a good woman looked after Peter offered him food, gave him some advice here and there and showed genuine concern for him Peter should’ve shacked up with her she was a true Trad women the kind that will be with you during your darkest moments Mary Jane and Gwen Stacey both were horrendous materialistic women obsessed with self image, Peter is too much of a simp to see the value of Ursula Ditkovitch. Mr Aziz also could have been much more had Peter opened up to him tbh I wish people I worked with and managers were as empathetic as Aziz well I had few managers that saw the value of my hardwork and kept me in spite of being slandered and ratted on by engineers Offshore I had a few bosses I wish were like Mr Aziz my situation would be better we need more people like Mr Aziz.
Mr.Aziz set his own business fall down with the whole ( 29 minute gauranteed or you dont pay) was peter only deliverly person? If peter cant be on time, even using his powers to his advantage, who would you expect. C'mon, how many city blocks within 29 minutes? Good luck finding someone delivering using their own gas money to delivering food on a time limit in major city traffic.
Spiderman vs The Noid!!! Wait, I think the Michael Keaton Batman killed the Noid... or Bruce Willis... most likely Bruce Willis. Avoid the Noid mother f*****
As a kid, you thought Aziz was mean.
As a adult, you understand Aziz.
Nah, policies like that literally aren't allowed anymore because they caused traffic issues.
Agreed. Mr Aziz gave Peter more chances than an average boss would.
New York's economy is so bad, that it is beyond anyone's financial management, too much for Mr Aziz's poor soul to handle.
The foil to analyzing evil, I'll be sticking around for this.
This was actually really good for a video!
I thought this would Suprise my audience!
@@j.j.plagiarisms7149 You most certainly did!
I never thought Aziz was a bad guy even back then. Peter just couldn't handle the job, plain and simple. The firing was a consequence of Peter trying to live the double life of a superhero.
This series has a lot of potential. I'm excited
Mr Aziz is a top bloke! 👍
GREAT J.J.PLAGIARISMS THE MOST GOOD 😊MR AZIZ.

Just 29 minutes guaranteed is a promise, man!
Aziz saw peter as nothing more than incompetent worker
Next do Mr. Diktovich.
EXCELLENT WORK. J.J.PLAGIARISMS 😊😊😊😊
A character who has become a walking meme.
It's also interesting to note that the woman whom peter was delivering the pizzas to was the same woman who played Dr. Brennan on Bones
Awesome video. Its also a very clever counterpart to the analyzing evil series. I cant wait to see some more of it in the future.
thoughts on the rent dude from spiderman 3.
I’d never thought I’d have a mr aziz video on my bingo card

Did Mr. Aziz only wanted Dr. Pepper as a soft drink beverage in his restaurant, some sort of promise deal between him & the company?
Gooooo
Thanks RUclips
Genius idea
Nice
What the fuck is a deep fish pizza?
It makes me wonder how much time Peter would have saved if he delivered the pizza as Spider-man
This is fucking great
You spelled Peter like Lois from Family Guy: Petah
Can I’d suggest another business worker w/ Pino from “Do the right thing”
I doubt Mr. Aziz never broke a promise to anyone😂
🔥🔥🔥
He shouldn't have flipped the pizzas
I never got bad vibes from the pizz master. He's trying to make a living, you know? He was in the right for firing Peter.
Oh, you KNOW you gotta do Olga now right??
Do Mr. Ditkovich next
