If she is 103 she will be very unlikely to do gardening, planting and clearing. To clean her house and make everywhere tidier and less cluttered will help. She needs visitors, a food supply and some comforts at her age. Where does she sleep? She has a kitchen that you cleaned does someone bring food supplies to her. What a difference you have made, maybe some locals could keep the place up for her a few times a week, plus give her some company?
