My suggestion is that instead of going into deep debts he should charge ₹ 30 which should atleast cover his expenses,how ever if any poor can not afford he should be charged ₹10.

IMO he can limit the #thalis per day based on his expenditures, he can introduce tokens of 10, 20, 30/- for same food, many people will go for higher cost one, another option is to exclude desi ghee as majority of the super rich people also do NOT use desi ghee in cooking. Sweet/halwa is also NOT required as his aim is to provide good food at affordable cost but currently paying from his own pocket, so rather than providing five star food for couple of years, better to provide three star food for longer time... Once his noble work gets noticed and he starts getting good donation, he can start providing five star food again :)

We do not eat such heavy food at our homes. So serving such food to needy people @ Rs.10/- is not understood. Good food does not mean khoya and cream and desi ghee, etc. They can serve clean wholesome food which is simple and filling. Totally waste of resource...

We do not eat such heavy food at our homes. So serving such food to needy people @ Rs.10/- is not understood. Good food does not mean khoya and cream and desi ghee, etc. They can serve clean wholesome food which is simple and filling. Totally waste of resource...
