- I've been a little frustrated with my drums lately. I need to do a lot of calibrating. I am having issues with some weird kick and cymbal overhits as well as odd hits with cymbals... like cymbal choke is triggering the snare or other stuff completely. It doesn't seem like I can mess with it at all. I might have to stick to pro drums on YARG or Clone Hero because I can customize it all on there and not on my module. We'll see.
Well. This is on real hardware PS2. Using Retrotink to capture and play it nicely without lag, and also using my Santroller to play the game. It is amazing what technology is capable of.
Haven't played this game in ages. FC's are hard as hell to get on this. But this + Fortnite Festival lately will hopefully get me better at this lol

I’m currently 37/47 for FC’s on this game it’s honestly a lot of fun. I choked the outro strumming on Frankenstein though that was not fun

@@Seinfelf A few months ago I played through the 3 HMX GH games to see how many FC’s I could get in each of them.
I basically played them a little bit every day so I got used to the tighter engines and it feels normal now. I’m missing 27 FC’s out of 141 across the 3 games on PS2 and I might be able to get maybe 5 or 6 more but everything else feels out of my reach for now. Grinding for FC’s is not fun for me its hella stressful so I don’t really wanna try for anymore FC’s right now.
@@ShadowL8er i totally feel that. It starts out fun, but then can be frustrating. We love the seeing progress, but then when we don't, it sucks :(
But patience my friend! These games are hard.
@@Seinfelf Exactly, watching really good players like Acai and Moose get FGFC’s in a matter of days makes it seem more fun and easier than it really is. It also makes it hard to know how good I am at the game seeing them have no problem with stuff I struggle with. But I’m happy with where I’m at and at the end of the day I’m just having fun playing my favorite game which I’ll never complain about (:
@@ShadowL8er yeah they are the ones that make me go back and play through the older ones. I love playing the drums of course, but man going back to 1 and 2, which got me insanely hooked when i was younger, just feels so good/different.
