Assuming this Naruto is a half breed Uchiha, due to his blue eyes, he would have Uzumaki and Uchiha blood, making his ceiling high asf, compared to a full blood uchiha like Sasuke. Part 1 Sasuke was jealous of the original Naruto's strength during their first fight on the rooftop of the hospital. So, Sasuke being Jealous of Naruto Uchiha is not out of the ball park for him. Not saying their dynamic would be different if they actually grew up together, it certainly would, but I'm just saying i can still see Sasuke being jealous, even if they did grow up together as Uchihas, by Sasuke just being blinded by hate for his brother, and wanting to become stronger.
