    Awesome work. So nice to see someone repairing a frame. Mostveople just show flawless ones, that dont need any welding.
    What type of Paint are you going for, 2K?

      @@MH-re3kb Thanks mate. I’m trying to keep it honest and show any issue and flaws along the way too so it’s a true reflection of the process. Im going to talk to the local blast/paint shop regarding the paint, but yeah I’d say I’ll go with be some kind of heavy 2 pack paint.

      @@jamesgarage1223 sounds like a plan. Some quality Zinc and Epoxy Primer followed by a heavy Topcoat.

    wire buring back to the tip is generally due to low wire speed but with limited information (music too loud and video angle), I'd not insrease the wire speed first because that also increases current. the weld looks like you are running out of shield gas, due to tip distance or flow rate.

    turn your wire speed up. But then if you didn't have the stupid music we could hear the weld better...
