@@fffff1500 you don’t start ballet with pointe shoes, and definitely don’t try pointe shoes at home unless you have had lots of experience on pointe. you can still do ballet in pretty much any kind of shoe, but ballet shoes are the kind that are most used in new dancers, as well as older dancers just not as much. a sock is close to a ballet shoe, so it’s good to work with if you don’t have any ballet shoes.

If you don't practice pointe or don't have pointe shoes i recommend using Socks that are close to almost pointe or normal socks they don't damage your legs at all they are socks

I had a pair of silver sling back converse ballet flats in middle school. The rubber toe part function perfectly as a toebox. If the sole of it had been stiffer, it could’ve been a pointe shoe. Never stopped me from standing en pointe in them to get it to the top of my locker, though 😂😂
I’ve been dancing since I was 3 which was nearly 12 years ago so I’ve been doing this a long time. I love to see fellow young dancers other than my close friends. ❤😊
The black and white shoes are pretty bendy and easy to get up on your toes though! But the “Creeper” shoes are more sturdy. Imagine someone makes shoes that have both like the creeper shoes with the sturdiness and then the black and white shoes with the bendy easy to get up on your toes lol. That would be awesome
I used to do that with every pair of shoes because I was exercising my floppy ankles hoping they would be able to be on the box .. they never could. I actually almost forgot. Wow... So many memories in a brain of 48 years
I feel like the third shoe I think were the tennis shoes they would prob work good for me since I can't afford dance or ballet shoes 😟
if you want to practice ballet at home, i recommend wearing socks, they are close to a ballet shoe and comfortable
ballet slippers are just $13 for a baseline shoe
