  • A view of the start of demolition from a drone. Please note aircraft from Glasgow airport was landing from the west side today and the drone was kept under a height of 120m.

My wife and her dad stayed in that top floor flat in the corner that was chewed off, from the early 80s to mid 90s. Gus had great views South towards the airport, and to the West along the Clyde.

I can remember visiting a family who lived in one of the towers, quite high up during the early 1970`s when I was about 11-12 y.o. the views were amazing, watching the planes land at the airport. Funny to think that at its height, more people lived in Drumchapel than say a small town like Perth. Think 100 years ago it was just farmland. I can remember the Goodyear factory & was it Beatties biscuits ? Sad when you think of all the families who`ve lived there over the past 50 years.

pistopedro Hi best drone is dji! Your best getting 2nd hand from gum tree! If your not bothered about the size of the drone go for a phantom3 advanced ! You'll get one for £350 if you haggle! This video was taken from one!

Why do you call it a "demolition video" when you don't actually show anything being demolished? Just another boring drone-flyaround with crappy music!
When you announce a demolition video people expect a "boom" and something falling or at least heavy machinery at work or at least a guy with a heavy hammer and not the failing creative experiment from a guy who has a new RC toy.
