@M Y my my how spoiled we all are and we know it but why why why have we been able to reach this point of existence without real worries yet despite our "best" efforts 100s of million people struggle just to survive year to year. Simply put the world as we know it cant sustain 7+billion people living in luxury and the only way to achieve that would have to come from advances in technology that makes life easier and you will always have people that take advantage of that technology to be lazy and so on hence our current situation.....what's your solution I for 1 am tired of just restating the problem and doing nothing about it.

Yeah I never heard of him and I try to keep up on comedy. Maybe that’s what you meant: when a company promotes a nobody who never paid dues or built a name gradually, it’s usually surprising when it is good. To be fair the dude seems international so his following is probably outside Western media. Respect to this guy and I hope to see more and recommend him to friends

The German author M. U. Kling wrote about this in his book Qualityland a few years ago! His version of instant predictive Amazon is called TheShop. He just landed an HBO contract with that book. Great minds really do think alike!
As an immigrant from a third world country and first generation American that actually loves this country despite its flaws, I'm still impressed with the very poignant level of social and psychological commentary this guy makes. I love it when comedians manage to hit such profound matters and make it seem so casual.

I watched this special the other day. Easily the most hilarious stuff I've heard in the last couple of years, 20 minutes in and I was crying histerically and begging for mercy for my facial and serratus muscles.
The whole "why go to brick and mortar stores when I can get two day delivery!" thing drives me absolutely nuts. If you go to a store, you literally get the item you want the second you pay.

Never get more truthful than this guys.
My brother dated this girl in college and she worked one of those jobs with legally insane perks. She had personal shoppers and maids that she never had to interact with who delivered clothing and food to any one of 10 different homes that the company kept for her position. It was and is disturbing, but then she was on call 24-7 and sometimes worked 14-hour days.
That “NOW!” I felt that

Interestingly, my Chinese friends are super frustrated by the delivery speed in the States! They say every order in Shanghai, for example, is delivered within in an hour or so. They'll pick up the returns too!
They ain't lying. you can order just about anything from any part of China, & have it delivered to just about anywhere in China, in literally a matter of hours. ANY delivery that takes up over 12 hours is considered ridiculously slow.
