OMG I truly love this BEAR habitat. I just stumbled across this video in search of any new planet zoo content of yours but I really enjoyed finding this instead.
I love that you are back, i realy love the realism in this habitat! The cave bear is perfectly fitting and i think it is one of the better mammals in game. Also, before i forget: 🐻Bear🐻❄
BEAR , i think iin prehistoric kingdom u can create so many things like whatever u like with an ease and its realy cool my favourite game to make some exhibits
This BEAR build is amazing. I always love watching videos of people making enclosures for prehistoric animals besides dinosaurs. I’d really love to get this game, I currently don’t have it and it be really nice if I’d be given a key for it. But that isn’t the main thing of the video. I really love the enclosure, and your videos seem different to other people playing this. Your more chill and easy to understand. And aswell as that, the way your make your enclosure, building ect is amazing, and taking ideas from others is sick! I’ve been wanting to find to understand the game more, and I just came across your channel today, and I instantly subscribed. Thanks for an amazing vid, good luck to everyone else for the keys. I’m not begging for it, but it would be nice. Thankyou Quick edit. I also love the way you use the vegetation, terrain and water paint, I feel like this is very realistic and would be a real area that these species of bear would live. If I was a BEAR, I would definitely live here. Also the random placement is very nice, feels even more natural cause not everything is supposed to be this way or that way, it’s random, so it’s a nice touch.
(opting out of the giveaway, I was a backer) It looks excellent! Naturalistic in the exhibit design and then the infrastructure (buildings, fences, etc) also look plausible and practical. You really elevated what was in the reference image IMO. It suits the bears perfectly. This hopefully doesn't sound weird, but your style of narration and how you go through some of the technical and design elements of building a project like this (isolated speedbuild or regular) is really engaging over a speedbuild. I'm a moderate builder and can see the thought process unfolding in the sped-up footage and how it matches with the script. Makes me want to get back to PK lol
I completely agree with you. I can understand whenever people are careful with early access games. But if your looking for a fun and casual sandbox game, prehistoric kingdom is already pretty close to perfect. Bear 🐻
@@SimplySavannahYT yes but based one forum post analyzing concept to reality, polar passage (the name of t hr e exhibit) exists and was built but falls short of the concept art from CLR design, the company that developed the concept.
I played PK before Planet Zoo (which I only got this past summer), and I love how PK allows SCALING and PLANT BRUSHES (and the path system is so much more sensible)!
Lovely exhibit, easily identifiable as one of your builds. The way PZ has forced you to practice individual foliage placement bears its fruit. I stopped playing before I got the hang of it and much prefer the PK brush now, but I should find inspiration in creating detail in smaller spaces. Also, clever way of building the barrier around the habitat, by getting a base height and easily copy it around, instead of building on top of the rocks. Btw, cave bears (as per Nigel Marvin's commentary) could grow up to extant polar bears in size.
Loved it, the shelter was beautiful The water bug was removed but guests can walk underwater so its not that making underwater viewing is impossible its just hard to make it look neat. Also there is a water rework going to happen iirc for U18 so probably near next new year
Amazing build ! I don't enter the give away because I have the game but I wish everyone good luck and a lot of fun with PK. I never commented on your channel before but am a long time watcher of your builds 👌
Cave bears are the animal that made it near impossible for humans to cross from asia to america because they hunted humans so well, it could very well be the reason were scared if the dark.

Actually the largest bear we know of is the short-faced bear, the cave bear is only close to the size of a polar bear, while the short-faced bear could stand up to 14 feet while on its back legs
@@canlale9869 actually short-faced bear doesn't refer to just one animal, it's actually a whole subfamily of bears called tremarctinae or the short-faced bears that includes many species across four genera, these include the: Spectacled bear (Tremarctos ornatus, being the only surviving member as well as the extinct Florida spectacled bear, Tremarctos floridanus) The North American giant short-faced bears, Arctodus simus and pristinus The South American giant short-faced bears, Arctotherium angustidens, vetustum, bonariense, wingei and tarijense And finally Plionarctos edensis and harroldorum, which this genus is thought to be ancestral to the other three genera. Recent papers have come to the conclusion that cave bears (ursurus spelaeus) were about the same size as the european brown bears (ursurus arctos) that they shared their home with in stone age europe
They also primarily fed on plants and carion which is inferred to have avoided competition with the brown bears. Humans used the same food sources as both bears but the brown bears were more adaptable and less specialised which is why they are still with us today!
