Cagliostro has the best Super Skybound Arc finisher version, and it's really not even close. I'm glad they really paid attention to her personality and had her turn everyone into a statue of herself, rather than just turning them all into statues of them. Really, there is no better ending to a grand finals of a tournament that Cagliostro's Super Skybound Arc.
if you look at the command list it should tell you how to do all the supers. Usually there are 2 for each character, one being df df and the heavy attack key which does the skybound art, and the other being df df and the unique action key which will do the super skybound art. There is a condition to meet for activating the super skybound art, and that is you have to have really low health (your hp bar will be blue). Usually that means you have to be near 30% health left. Also you get special outros if you can finish the opponent with the super skybound art, and additionally certain match ups will have its own unique winning dialogue (the one I know is playing as Vira vs Katarina)
