The name of the food in the banana leaf at the beginning mate? Looks seriously delicious. Beans and rice with meat right, plantain and sauce? Kind of similar in a way to Waakye in Ghana but in Waakye the beans and rice are mixed together. All the food looks so good. I think I'd come back from Benin City with some extra weight on my belly!
