salam, its jus a form of dhikr/remembrance. U can rememba Allah whilst sitting standing on your sides etc, the movement is just to generate positive energy n keep ppl focused in the dhikr. The habashi sahab used to practice dhikr and perform Poetry in praise of the prophet whilst jumping trotting etc out of immense love and sincerety, therefor this action is 100% permissable and rewardable. Hope u understand inshaa allah, peace

ahle sunnat wal jama it meant by nabi (pbuh) me and jmaat of sahaba so follow the sunnat of nabi pbuh and his sahaba this zikr is sunnat of sahaba

Dear Brother stop listening to Donkeys who claim to be scholars and shaykhs because they only have "book" knowledge. Listen to your heart and follow spirituality. Naqshbandi is just a name, this reality has existed from the time of Holy Prophet saws and it's key has been passed from heart to heart.
But don't listen to me, do your own research and investigate "hidden knowledge":
Bukhâri narrated that Abû Hurairah said:
I memorized from the Prophet (saws) two vessels of knowledge. As for one of the two, I broad casted it to people. As for the other, were I to broadcast it, my throat would be slit.
Bid'ah? where can i see the bid'ah? Says Allah, Allah, Allah is bid'ah? what worse your brain...
So nabi saw and his companions teach us to like these people in the video? Dancing and round and round?

Way of doing zikr is khilaf sunnat.

Al-Fudayl ibn ‘Iyyaad said: (This means) that which is most sincere and most correct. They said, O Abu ‘Ali, what most sincere and most correct? He said: If a deed is not sincere and not correct, it will not be accepted. If it is correct but is not sincere, it will not be accepted unless it is both sincere and correct. Sincere means that it is done for the sake of Allaah and correct means that it is in accordance with the Sunnah.

Al-Nawawi said:
“This hadeeth is one of the most important basic principles of Islam, and it is one of the most concise and comprehensive sayings of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). It clearly states that innovations and newly invented matters will be rejected.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) stated that every innovated kind of worship would be rejected and thrown back at the one who does it, no matter what it is. He said: “Every action that is not in accordance with this matter of ours [i.e., Islam] will be rejected.” Narrated by Muslim, 1718, from the hadeeth of ‘Aa’ishah
No deed will be accepted unless it is done sincerely for the sake of Allaah and in accordance with the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah

What a sad display of ignorance. They make the foundation of everything, Lailaaha Illa Allah -- to accompany an innovated -- not sanctioned in the Shariah - acts. Where is the Guidance of the pure Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (sallalahu 'alaihi wasalam) who gave a sincere advise:
"You must then follow my sunnah and that of the rightly-guided caliphs. Hold to it and stick fast to it. Avoid novelties, for every novelty is an innovation, and every innovation is an error." - Sunan Abu Dawood
