Ah, so a russian ballistics book hidden as a russian art book that was coincidentally written in english so that this guy could know the difference. That all adds up to me.
Ballistics books have a lot of diagrams and pictures. Even if it were in another language its pretty obvious what you are looking at when you see one.

You can make every form of energy the cheapest /most expensive, if you just use the parameters that support you claim.
Coal is more expensive to run, but that leaves out the initial buying cost for the coal plant vs hundreds to 1000 of wind turbines you'd need to replace one coal plant. And then you still don't get energy at calm winds. So you'd need to factor in the cost of batteries aswell, which they never do.
I'm pro clean energy. But we have to let the market decide. I don't mid a wind turbine in a field. But i will hate it, if i know i paid for via coersion through gvt subsidies.
And if that does not do the job to confirm your claim, you can keep cranking up insane regulations. Like they do.

coal in europe are mainly burned with equipment that meets certain "environment friendly protocols"
if tomorrow all of Europes coal industry just up and vanished excluding the complete collapse of law in major cities there would also be very little energy left for homes etc seeing as how its already somewhat rationed here in europe and nuclear and water turbines are auctioned off before we common folk can have a say

years ago i was antelope hunting in north west south dakota in a small town of about 1000 probably 30 minutes from the wyoming border and 20 minutes from the north dakota border. we stayed at a motel that was run by a russian guy. my dad asked the guy...mind you he's eating a sausage at the front desk, how he likes south dakota and the russian guy just goes "i dont" in the most russian accent. so there is some truth to setting them in rural areas. to this day i dont know how he ended up there. my suspicion was witness protection from russian mob type shit but weird to think about none the less.

that thing kyle said about the ocean obsorbing radiation in a meltdown honestly to me makes a shocking amount of sense considering when those tsunamis in japan in 2011 knocked out a nuclear power plant, what stopped the meltdown was the workers letting the ocean water in. so i mean theoretically he has a point and its been used practically before. I do think he is just spitballing tho lol.
