I have the mega boom 3 on custom equaliser I have Bass 0.2, 0.5 Mid 1.1 Treble 1.1, 2.0 Great speaker

Please compare speakers with samepower output. You don't need to play music, to test them both. That is the reason you have a clear winner...

this is not a fair comparison... You should be comparing it to UE hyperboom and you will notice the diference

The JBL is a 60 watt
The megaboom is a 28 watt..
The JBL is a larger speaker and larger drivers and woofers ...it's an unfair advantage 😂
