Every Fox Marvel movie has the Marvel Entertainment (not Studios) logo at the start. I think they’re legally obliged as it’s a Marvel property.

No one ever seems to notice that the Marvel logo in front of Fox and Sony movies isn’t the same Marvel STUDIOS logo. They simply put a Marvel logo to signify its a Marvel properties character 👍

That refers to Marvel Entertainment which has always been involved in making Marvel comic-book property films with properties licensed to Fox and Sony. This goes all the way back to Blade in 1998.
They are not to be confused with Marvel Studios.
Although with Disney now owning Fox's Marvel properties film licenses and a possibility that it could do the same with Sony, things may be come even more confusing.

20th Century Fox - Disney movie deal didn't happen until this film was almost done. So any film that was being made before the deal is still 20th Century Fox's movie, that's why Marvel is more involved in this film specifically

Whether Sony, Fox, whatever, since they are Marvel characters you will always see the Marvel thingy. Happened in all Spiderman films, FF4, Xmen......that marvel title is in all of them. If it said MARVEL STUDIOS then that would be the movie division.

Fox always included the marvel logo before their movies in trailers in order to respect the fact that that's where the characters came from. They don't ever say marvel studios they just say marvel showing you that the studio wasn't involved but the characters are still technically marvel. I think sony does the same but I'm not sure

These movies are indeed made by Fox alone. But the rights to use the character are licensed from Marvel Comics, so they still include them in the credits.

The reason they put Marvel in the logo sequence, even though Fox made them, is because they just like to give Marvel some credit for the moneymaker they gave them. Also, Marvel's contracts for the rights to characters are very complicated, with many complicated legal stuff that allows for certain credits.

No. The Marvel logo is in front of all of them. It’s a marvel character. It was a part of the film rights deal. But if you see “studios” next to it it’s Disney.
I think it's always said "Marvel" with deadpool and other Fox-owned franchises. The difference is that the MCU movies also say Marvel Studios, which is owned by disney.
