Tia, you don’t need to overthink anything because you’re beautiful inside and out! I love your smile, your sense of humour, your affection for Cheveyo, and your awe and wonder at the world and its beauty. I see no reason for you to feel insecure, trust yourself more, you’re doing really well so far. 😃🥰👍🎄🇦🇺
I think Tia's insecurity that she mentioned is the one insecurity that she need not worry about. Seriously, everybody loves Tia. Everybody wants a girlfriend, friend, sister like Tia. I am positive in my mind that every person who has an interaction with Tia, afterwards thinks, wow she was really nice. p.s. Cheveyo I don't like how my voice sounds either.
Here is what I bet is a common opinion of Tia, and it is certainly my opinion: Tia is smart, talented, funny, beautiful, kind, warm, has the most beautiful smile, and shows that she respects her partner Cheveyo by the way she treats him in these vlogs. This couple is just a joy to watch.
Tia, eventually you will get to an age where you won’t care what anyone thinks It is very liberating Take care and get well soon Warmest regards, Susan
I think it's ironic, in that the thing that makes you guys 'unique' and have such a passionate base of fans is that you're both so genuine and NON youtuber-like. I think it's clear to see to anyone that watches you guys, that what you show is how you guys truly are, and it's not just an act to come across as 'nice and good human beings'. The fact you're both selfless, and considerate of others, rather than being narcissistic and self-centered is your appeal! Tia is such a sweetheart and humble to a fault, that it leads to insecurities shows how genuine she really is. If everyone in the world was just a bit more like Tia, the world would be a better place.
Cheveyo you said that it was lucky that you have a nice audience. I dont believe it's luck, I think your subscribers reflect your values. Thanks for keeping us up-to-date, we do get concerned about you. Get better and stay well.
First of all, sorry about your ordeal. More importantly, though: Tia, you are literally the most likeable person on RUclips. Just ahead of Santa Claus. 🥰 As someone who remembers and replays awkward social interaction for years, I'm not sure it helps telling you, but you are.
gee only 85K like you guys duh ! one of the best things about Tia - she is humble and not full of herself (A SWEET HEART ) , the voice is great, it always sounds different in your head than when you hear it recorded . the Thai pineapple is the BEST --- hope you guys feel better soon - missed you guys big time - sorry you have to leave Thailand so soon come back again I really enjoy your videos there
One universal truth is that when you are young, you have the energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to travel yet you are too broke to do so. On the flip side, when you finally have the money to travel at an older age, you no longer have the energy to travel and become too jaded to see the world in better light. I think one of the biggest reasons why people love to see the two of you do what you do is so that they can live vicariously through you. That said, don't ever forget your body will continue to age and new ailments will surface to remind you who's the boss. As such, take good care of your health. I don't even want to warn you what will happen to you after you turn 40s. Let that be a surprise.
I am subbed to over 100 channels, many of them Travel... this is the Only One that I enthusiastically recommend to people when speaking about RUclips travel channels... for a reason. You both are such terrific people, and truly great at producing these videos, going to very interesting places in a very engaging way, BRAVO say I! (and Chev, almost nobody likes their voice, including me and I have received many compliments over the phone for mine... I just don't hear it that way, nor do you) 😄
Love the haircut Cheveyo looks great, I empathize with your medical condition Aussie Nurse. Being insecure about sharing being unwell is not unusual however sharing helps others learn about travel needs. We perceive you as a lovely young couple with beautiful hearts.
Isn't it sad that our deepest insecurities are usually things that others either love or don't notice about us. If only we could see ourselves through the eyes of others. Cheveyo, there's nothing wrong with your voice, and Tia, you seem like a warm and genuine person. Im certain nobody who meets you has anything but nice thoughts about the interaction. Here's hoping this restful down time has you both feeling 100% for your next adventure ❤
We love you guys and have been subscribed to your postcard membership for almost 2 years. I understand your circumstances the last few months but it’s been hard to get a postcard to a country before we even see you explore it in a vlog. We hope you guys have an amazing 2025! Come back to Australia if need be as well haha 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Love the Q&As thanks guys but never feel pressured to overshare things that are nobody else's business. Get well soon and we look forward to the next instalment of your well documented adventures. !
The main reason we love you guys is that you come across as genuine and authentic. You seem like down to earth good people out there enjoying the world, intestinal parasites aside 😉 Hopefully you feel better soon! Can't wait to see your next adventure.
Thank you so much for this episode, this was one of my favourites of your videos. Being open, real and sharing what's going on, that's worth my family's postcard club membership alone! There are too few RUclipsrs being real about life. Our family loves seeing the struggles, the logistics, the behind the scenes and all that stuff as much as the travel highlights too. We'd happily watch a 30 min video of your prep and travel between each country :) And we love you both precisely for who you are and I wouldn't want to change a thing!
Hi guys. I think back to the beginning when one of your friends said film your adventure. Something to look back on. The difference from then was the raw emotion of travelling the world. I think now that you have been at it for 3 odd years IMHO even though there is so much more to see in the world it's becoming a bit of a chore. Meaning the making of videos for YT, the editing, music and so on. Add in the postcard club and Tia's amazing efforts putting all that together has taken away from the adventure. As much as i am probably like your other 85,000 subs the anxiety builds up waiting for your next upload, to see what your up to and where you are. YT fame comes at a price i suppose. Just do what's best for you. Go back and enjoy your adventure that you started 3 years ago. A video here and there, an IG post occasionally. All 85,000 plus will still be here following your journey.❤❤👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺🦘🦘. Also Merry Christmas and HNY to both of you.🎄🎅🤶🎁
Oh, Tia. Please don't feel anxious about people and what other people think. We think the world of you! Thanks for always bringing a smile to our faces. Take care of her, Chev! Max n Hannah from Perth.
My husband found a saying which I think you would like . We wouldn’t worry so much about what others thought, if we knew how little they did ! When we enjoy your videos we don’t judge . We just are grateful for you and others we follow taking us for a while away from our own sometimes mundane lives 🤗 Keep being you and thank you 💙❤️
Hopefully you aren’t losing the ‘wonder’ in your wandering, and the familiarity of the process just shows your experience, less things to worry about. But being ill while travelling is not pleasant, that certainly dampens the wonder. Good to see you sharing again. ❤
You can’t drink alcohol while taking that medicine. “Albendazole (Zentel) is a medication used to treat various parasitic infections. The basic rule is to avoid alcohol during treatment with albendazole unless your doctor specifically allows you to consume it. Alcohol can affect the way the medicine works and how the body reacts, which can lead to unpredictable results.”
Don't ever worry about people who make mean or nasty comments. Most likey those people are totally envious and jealous of the lives that you have chosen to live
We are in Thailand also. My wife (also Tia) and I got food poisoning in Koh Chang and again in Pai. Both times it came from non Thai restaurants. We also had to stay close to facilities very close … bummer. All good now. Enjoy BKK. What gastrointestinal parasite are you are referring too? There is a great coffee shop at the top of the building you mention. No skywalk required.
I'm so sorry to hear you guys were unwell but happy to hear that you're both on the mend. Take care of yourselves. I look forward to your next adventure.😊
‘Love is made more powerful by the ongoing drama of shared experience’ I think that line from Tim Minchin’s ‘If I Didn’t Have You’ so perfectly sums up what these two have
Hi you guys! I hope you guys clean out well and you don't get too exhausted. I kinda thought that would happen health wise , grandpa told me about needing to clean out often when traveling. I know lots of herbs to help ,I can text you Cheveyo. Also ...a big smile on my face to hear about Christmas and Elvis playing at 5am. I remember how much fun it was for me to jump on ur bed and wake you up, candles all over and nice Goodies. I love you both much! Mom
Glad you guys are on the mend. In my experience, not wanting to/ thinking you are inconveniencing someone is such an Asian thing. I do it all the time and I don't think it's anxiety or personality; just a cultural difference.
It was so good just hanging out with you guys, loved it. I trained myself to hit the like button when the intro came on ,( along with not skipping the ads ) now no more intro 🤷🏽♂️
Tia, that final answer was so well said. and it says a lot about you that you're able to see through both lenses. you're a good egg ❤ excited for the next adventure! hope your stomachs will play along by then..
As a wanderer myself the mantra is the best decision to take is to not make decisions until it's time to make a decision because only then can live in the moments full time. If you think about it like the Sliding Doors movie, if you turn left or right, if you stay a day longer or shorter or leave that day, if you speak to this person or that, etc, etc, etc... every small decision lets the journey evolve organically. Most of the best memories I look back on are the things that happened randomly because of being at a place or met people I wouldn't have been in/with had I planned ahead. True freedom can only be achieved by not having an itinerary and living in the here and now with no set plan!
I started watching you guys bc of Tia and her positive attitude. I randomly came across your guy's Kamakura video last year and couldn't stop watching all of your videos! You guys have the best outlooks on life
Have you been to a doctor or a hospital? The Hospitals in Bangkok are fantastic and affordable. Don‘t take a Medicine without a proper diagnosis. That could harm you badly.
Hi, Wonders! Grandpa Dumbi here. Cheveyo, I think many people are shocked to hear their own voice and don't like what they sound like. I can assure you that your voice is friendly, comforting, clear and honest. Tia, for the ferry rides, have you tried ginger before boarding? I guess you've heard of that. The other thing is to keep you eye on the horizon as much as possible and off the vessel. If it's dark, or you can't see out for some reason, imagine yourself in the drone flying above the ferry looking around. I did this on an overnight ferry from Lae to Siassi and slept like a log. My poor companion spent the night to and from the rusty loo. Thanks for the show once again. Enjoy the world! 🤍🌍🌎🌏💚💙
My question would be , how lucky do you feel to have each other ? I am envious of not just the adventure you're on but also the relationship you have. You seem to be that 'perfect match' that everyone searches for. Here's to your health 🍾
We are so sorry you have been sick, didn't even occur to us. You are always so good and bouncy. Unfortunaly where you are we can never travel to, as hubby is in a wheelchair for walking. We are just so glad you guys are still with us. Xxoo ❤❤❤
I feel great relief every time I see you guys, especially after a long time and I'm always over the moon to just know that you are alright. Hope you guys get back at it again whichever way makes you happier.💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
Hey, it’s much needed downtime and an important part of normal life. You’ll come back reenergised. I enjoy every video you guys make. Especially the Q and As.
It's been a huge achievement to travel to as many countries as you have & still have that enthusiasm and wanderlust. Rest, regroup and recover. I'm so glad you are looking forward to your next adventure. It's going to be amazing ❤
Cheveyo; I hate my voice, too. Tia; A thing I try to remind myself often; Other people are WAY less interested in me than I imagine they are. It's true of everyone (who isn't a celebrity, at least) and almost no one fully appreciates how true this is.
Lovely to see you back and greetings from Melbourne! Perhaps it is because you are unwell however you seem to have lost that great energy you had in your Australian vlogs...I think you belong in oz!
It could also be that you are just more interested in videos about Aus 😊 Whenever we leave a country that we’ve spent a good length of time in - not just Australia - we get a lot of comments saying we’ve changed, or the energy levels are different, or the vibes are off.
I missed you two. Lovely to hear from you again. I hope your tummies settle down soon. It's a pity you missed out on all that awesome Thai food. Don't have any homemade alcohol in Laos. Make sure they open a sealed bottle.
Tia, your responsibility in every relationship is to do as much as you reasonably can to make the experience positive. After that, it is entirely up to the other person to either like it or not. If not, that is entirely on them, not on you.
I think a few weeks in a kind of lockdown is difficult but no where near as difficult as having long term health issues. You are fortunate to know that your time focusing on your health will end soon. Not everyone is so lucky.
As a Thai, I can tell you that the idea of using a refill bag is not new. Actually many stores around Thailand including 7-11 have been encouraging their customers to bring their own bags for the past 5 years. For 7-11, they made it more difficult for you to get a free plastic bag...eg. you have to spend more than 150 bahts or buy hot 7-11 food products to get ono for free. Otherwise, you have to pay like 1 baht for a plastic bag.
Hey guys. I ran into the two of you last week near the PhraKhanong BTS and introduced myself. Spoke briefly about Sedona. I noticed the video started with you outside the "feelsogoodcafe". A little bit of parasitic irony. Well done. BTW, you guys are only one BTS stop away from Saphan Taksin where all the river boats are. Not sure if that was planned but it's a definite MUST do when you feel better. Budget friendly as well. Yellowstone is "days of our lives" with ten gallon hats. Not sure how long you are in Bangkok but one of the most famous youtubers called Bangkok Pat is having a meetup this Friday. Take care.
I hope the treatment works and you start feeling yourselves again. Good call getting it over and done with in a well developed but not hugely expensive location. 💜
Hoping you both start to feel so much better soon 🥰 sometimes when you travel a lot you just need a few days of “normal” just to recharge your bodies and your minds. Keep enjoy life guys xx🇦🇺😉❤️
There’s a great little restaurant called Baan Chiang just down the road from where you are. As an Aussie visitor, I love this place. You could take Tia on a date there ✨
Australia loves you. When you finally settle down, I hope it's here. We need people like you. Take care out there❤
They have no ability to permanently immigrate. It's hard. (I'm a Canadian in Australia permanently)
They've seen more of Australia than I have, and I live here!
We want them back down under!

Yea, this is hands down why I stand by what I said about us having the best audience on RUclips. Tia's crying haha

This. It took age (and beating breast cancer) to get to a place where I couldn’t care less what people think of me. It’s the best feeling.
Yep age really help as you realise the opinions of others is like the wind

The adopted aussies! TBH kinda missed all your Australian blogs. Keep uploading your adventures.
👍fantastic to see you both again. Glad you are safe and well. You have been missed❤🇦🇺
You two have travelled a long way in the last few years. It's been amazing to watch.
I'd agree ,especially, Tias ,level of confidence.

Oh yes, reaching your 40s is certainly a shock to the system. Reaching your 50s introduces some new challenges. I'm dreading reaching my 60s.
Heading to my 80's fast, have travelled in my youth, but can't physically do it now. I'm living my past through you guys. Oh and another Auz.

I think back to the beginning when one of your friends said film your adventure. Something to look back on. The difference from then was the raw emotion of travelling the world. @@OnePackWanderers gosh that is really interesting. I hope you enjoy your new chapter. I really did find your energy when you were here infectious!
Soooo nice to see you again! Sorry your intestines aren't treating you so well. You both look great in any regard xoxo
Nice one! You’ll both feel better soon, I’m sure. Looking forward to seeing your Laos adventures. Cheers from Hobart, Tasmania. 😊
👍 Tia’s subscribe, and your bloopers❤️🇦🇺
Thank you - love you guys, and hope you're feeling better soon 🎉🤗
Get well soon! Regards from frosty snowy Canada.
I missed you two. Lovely to hear from you again. I hope your tummies settle down soon. It's a pity you missed out on all that awesome Thai food. Don't have any homemade alcohol in Laos. Make sure they open a sealed bottle.
You've been in a funk, but the sun will shine again. All the best wishes...
I hope you both start feeling a lot better soon. Enjoy? this time for rest as much as possible. Cheers from Melbourne
So in love with Cheveyos Christmas tradition 🎄 take care guys, great catch up 🫶🏼
Tia, your responsibility in every relationship is to do as much as you reasonably can to make the experience positive.
Yes, there is always someone less/more fortunate.
Always good to see you guys whenever that is :)
Your hair looks good cheveyo!😊😊 Good to see you both again!😊😊
This felt weird without your usual sign off :(
So glad to see a video though, almost went into withdrawal.. phew that was close.
Be well. Safe travels.
To guys are great. I love the smiles through this video, and the cute music and street action edits
Take care.
Enjoy your Life and take care of yourself
Yay, hallo strangers 😃🇦🇺
I hope the treatment works and you start feeling yourselves again. Good call getting it over and done with in a well developed but not hugely expensive location. 💜
no bloopers this time, and no i don't skip only to see your bloopers, i watch your videos in full and at normal speed too lol.
Hoping you both start to feel so much better soon 🥰 sometimes when you travel a lot you just need a few days of “normal” just to recharge your bodies and your minds. Keep enjoy life guys xx🇦🇺😉❤️
This is the funniest q&a ever 😂💩
Wishing you feel better very soon and enjoy your journey North on the train. Happy Trails guys :)
There’s a great little restaurant called Baan Chiang just down the road from where you are. As an Aussie visitor, I love this place. You could take Tia on a date there ✨
