Because it has nothing that it specialises in and it has no weaknesses other than the size and its jump shocks. Tank can climb well but so can rock bouncer and racing truck. Tank is fast on bumpy roads but so is raider, monster truck and rock bouncer. Tank can destroy things but so can rally car, muscle car, cc-ev, super diesel and tractor and they can do it faster. So what's the point of putting it in a team event or making a public event for it. And the only way they could do Tank masteries is adding mega parts which will boost parts by 20% instead of 10 and maybe a rocket launcher ability that destroys anything that isn't terrain
