Horizon games are sooo cool. I mean, the lore, the characters, the world, the enemies, the graphics. Literally you can make movie by recording the screen play ))
Game has nothing at its core other than the combat. There's zero creativity because it has no environmental physics. You are forced to climb only in the sections of a cliff that it allows let alone where you are even allowed to climb at all. You can't interact with NPC's in any other way other than what the game allows meaning you can't affect your progress by accidentally or intentionally killing a major NPC. The movement is very lackluster with lag because of the excess animations. Just a huge list

Whoever this is is using all the skills everyone forgot about and we thank them for it. I saw that initial spear throw and went "oof it happens to all of us" and then 2 seconds later I realized he was cooking. And it was tasty

I haven't seen anything this beautiful with any of the GOTY from past years. I was amazed by the zero dawn the first time and all that ER and what not just made me miss Horizon even more.
Even if it might be edited, which we have no real way of knowing if it is, this gameplay is very much plausible if you're (very) good at the game (I'm not lol) and the graphics really are in-game graphics.

In the game, Slaughterspine doesn't react(the first attack) so quickly immediately after the beginning of the battle. 3. In the game, when we Grapple Strike, the camera doesn't look at the sky, especially when the sun is in a great position by chance. The camera originally looks at the ground.
Good PvP! Very clean, normal slaughter spine is very volatile to ice, so that's a way to kill it quicker. This looks much cooler though! What alloy is depicted as in the lore! Very nice
I wanted to buy Forbidden West, but held off since I thought it wouldn't run well on Ps4. Boy was I wrong, because from what I've seen the game runs pretty good besides some texture pops. Also gameplay is way better than Zero dawn and this video made me want to play it so badly! It's a great time to play this game, since I don't own a Pc or a Ps5 to enjoy the latest games. Edit: if anyone sees this and if you own Forbidden West on Ps4, let me know about your experience?

Wow ....damn this is beautiful... perfect play too...i am currently playing FW on ps5... just got legendary gear Oseram artificer (best gear in the game)💯✊🏼 And the reason he is that good is he has all the legendary equipment. His gauntlet, bows and rope tripcaster ect. Are all legendary....but besides that he surely plays remarkably good coz even with the best gear planning like this is not easy...💯✊🏼
@@martinnic8235 The attacks are very standard stuff. However alot of the elements of this short change depending on the difficulty you play on. For example....on Hard or Very Hard this machine is more likely to be a Apex variant which are much more heavily armored and much more aggressive than the normal Slaughterspine. So from the start the Apex Slaughterspine machine would have seen the player coming and began to charge. The explosive spike that staggers the machine on easy or normal would be little more than a discomforting tickle and it would have continued it's animation through the explosion, forcing the player to dodge much earlier than they did without any secondary shots. Also the Apex Slaughterspine is highly resistant to shock damage so it would have done little to no damage or shock buildup hitting it with shock arrows unless you had covered it with purgewater prior, which would take even more time to get applied first. Next you would need a significant amount of knockdown damage to get the Slaughterspine down for using the new takedown move on it. This either means several knockdown spikes or lots and lots of explosive damage to one leg. This whole time you are gonna have to be dodging and rolling away from a machine that is treating everything you are hitting it with as an annoyance rather than anything that is doing any sort of real damage. Assuming you did get it to the point where you can do the takedown animation and hit it with the acid arrow you would need several powerful shots to break the acid container on the head which is what actually kills it here. On Hard or Very hard the same exact sequence is about a two minute fight and alot more arrows than this took on easy. If you want high level, big brain machine takedowns you are gonna need to dig in the RUclips archives and find some of the PS4 and PS5 player videos where people are using all of the tools the game gives you mixed in with high skill precision gameplay to have quick machine takedowns. Right now a few days from release of the PC version, you get videos like this one where you get very basic gameplay that looks extraordinary because of how powerful the legendary weapons are on lower difficulty....that is not gonna work out the same way on a higher difficulty. That's why I said it was cute that he is playing on a low difficulty, because this fight plays out entirely different on higher difficulty and I am not talking about just time for the same result....I mean like this strategy doesn't work on higher difficulty not without some heavy modifications to it, and even then it will be questionable if you can survive long enough because getting hit at all on higher difficulty from one of these things is pretty much death or very close to it without certain armor that reduces melee damage. People make the mistake of thinking Horizon is an easy game because most people play on normal, but for gamers who want a challenge I recommend playing on the higher difficulties....it adds enough changes to basic enemy combinations and the type of enemy's that it is different from the normal playthrough
That’s the best thing about the game. Even us joe averages can make it look spectacular to anyone that hasn’t played it by the time we get to end game. Dodging a hundred scorchers and ravagers will make you look pro in no time. But to be actually be good at the game is to complete the bloody arena! Now that’s tough going!

They can be used as mines, 1 of the skills fornthe spikes
it doesn't work with a regular throw, you have to use the correct weapon technique
