Loved so many of your choices in this one, starting from how the audio effect from the song aligns with WWX turning away, amd then through all of the scene selections during the lyrics (esp "is it too late to try" and every scene with inquiry, especially the glitchy moment), the transition of the beatings, and ending on the brand, underscoring how he branded himself in order to try to get closer to WWX in any possible way (and how pain/punishment helped with that, or at least he felt it did). This is such a perfect LWJ-perspective edit, i loved it 💕
The transition from innocent cloud recesses to the brutal reality of war in the entire video was incredible, Peach! The end scene where it changes from Wangji getting whipped because of Wei ying to getting whipped FOR his Wei Ying was beautiful and tragic :’) Great edit 🧡

Gorgeously done. I thought this song wouldn't really fit them, because they do end up with a happy ending, but if you only look at the story until WWX dies it actually fits perfect. Wonderfully edited.
