guard breaks build a full 25% of active flow if they are successful, spending meter does as well. So in the case of Crush Trigger if you do it and it guard breaks you get 30% of the invisible active flow gauge filled

@ that depends on the guard break, but even in the case of something like crush trigger you drain their barrier and still make things harder for them
