Quick thing to point out is that there is a rule with the Philippine flag. When orientated the way it is, the red should always be on the right side of the flag.

WRONG COLOR PLACEMENT
Republic Act No. 8491
When the flag is placed horizontally, the color blue must be at the top
But if the flag is placed vertically, the color blue must be on the left
Inverting these two colors will resemble war times (Red on top, and red on right) if you don't do it properly
