Exactly what I neeeded ! I almost gave up on my channel but I went to my analytics and saw the growth and where I came from and decided to give it one more well strategised push ! 2021 is the year for 10k ! Definitely !

I believe that new RUclips terms of service is letting down a lot of new RUclipsrs.
It shouldn't though. It gives RUclips incentive to recommend videos for non-partners. Which results in more views/watch time. so the people who want to become partners will probably find that milestone being hit a lot sooner than before.

Don't give up! Last November I started my channel and had 22 subscribers...I didn't really put any effort consistently into it until April when I lost my job. I am now over 2100 subscribers and make money off RUclips with a SMALL channel. Thank you Sean!
This is really helpful. It takes a lot of energy to keep going when you are a beginner. Stay focus
It's tough but practice makes progress, not perfection. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Sean started RUclips more than 10 years ago, his perseverance carried him all the way. Keep up the hustle everybody!

I think the biggest hurdle with the new rules are now the rules themselves. It's the stigma from the voices of a lot of smaller RUclipsrs that feel they deserve a piece of the 🥧.
I'm not monetized yet but I'm not gonna let this stop my train of success!

the hardest thing for me is gaining a following and views. it feels like i’m just making the videos i do for my friends and family, and while i love doing that if also kind of frustrating that i haven’t seen much growth yet.

I was thinking about this before bed last night. Do I quit? Or do I continue? I have helped other creators grow their channels rapidly but then mine has grown steadily but at a slower pace. This is my cue to keep going! Thanks for the reminder.

This will definitely helpful after the implementation of the new monetization rule which mostly will affect the small channels.
What is the new monetization rule?
@@DanielaAlarconilustracion RUclips ads will start to appear in the small channel which is not part of the RUclips Partner Program, and small creators won't get any revenue from it. The existing RUclips Partner Program rule remains the same (1000 subscribers and 4000 public watch hours in a year).
Small channels need to hustle harder... make better contents...
