nic oil is from oil pumps from ica. you have to craft them at the printer. they cost 50k k-marks, 12 pistons, 12 aluminum scrap, and 80 scrip. then you neeed to take them to cresent to use them. i could make a vid if you need
@@parkergrandamful make sure you use them up in oasis they will produce 3 or 4. if you use them at skeleton obervation they will all only produce 1 oil. you will see them they are small black rock looking things on the ground you have to mine them first
