This is amazing. I must have it.
Fr, but my family's apartment has no space to put it somewhere, I'm gonna cry real hard because it's. A new model, and it's only going to become more expensive 😭
It's awesome, and i'm French ! It's beautiful, small enough to not be a pain to handle and look at, and big enough to provide really good details. It's repetitive by essence but the way it's built in portions, just like the real one was, is amazing. The model gives you a small version of reality in time, which is never seen before and so nice, tells you history while building it. The price is not even that high. A true masterpiece in an affordable scale !
I strongly agree with your comments. The designer did a wonderful job.
Disney should release some sets from The hunchback of Notre Dame in Lego complete with Quasimodo and all of his friends
i submitted an IDEAS of that once for Disney, it got taken down :(
@@myrongoingbuggie wow that is sad to hear but i hope Disney do release some sets from the hunchback of notre dame some day because its one of my favorite movies
@@myrongoingbuggie It got taken down?? As in, not only just didn't get enough votes, but actually was removed from the site?
@@Rebelhomer222 yes it was. I wasn't hoping for votes at all ha ha! Funny thing, it was accepted at first. Got taken down only 2 days later. I think it did say that it was for no-religion reasons.
it featured the ending of "God Help the Outcasts", and had Esmeralda in the transept of the cathedral looking at the gigantic rose window.
I wish lego makes a st stephans cathedral
I would love to see St Peters in Rome!
They should do the Christ, the redeemer statue maybe it comes out 2025 for Lego 4:31
I agree, but it will
Never happen
As a Filipino I hope they gonna do the manila cathedral
Love the video - can you tell me what you used underneath the base of this set to spin it around to showcase each of the sides during this reveal?
anyone who's interested in the history, check out this video (not mine):
Notre Dame of Paris: Narrated Construction Sequence by Myles Zhang
As a Catholic this is an absolute must buy!
Holy Jesus Christ... All those not aligned pieces trigger my PTSD badly...😅 I am so much looking forward building this masterpiece.👍
Imagine Lego made planet of the apes sets that would be so cool
yeah really cool, for the 5 fans of that franchise lol
My question is, is it fire resistant?
My question is: can you try to come up with funny and original jokes?
In the meantime: don't give up the day job (or lack thereof). I fear your very unfortunate foray into comedy isn't going anywhere fast.
@@frontenac5083 that's what she said.
@@frontenac5083if you ever wonder why nobody invites you to do anything, wonder no longer. 💀
Loll
@@Rebelhomer222 lmao true. He must be fjn at parties.
The view through the front doors is absolutely breathtaking? Lol hardly.
Speaking of the religious side of this set, another reason why I hate that they canceled the Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom set because of religious issues. This set makes that an absolute bull crap call (if it wasn't already clearly that way)
I do wish it was grey.
And I'd like to have a pink Death Star... But seriously - why should Lego use the wrong colors for buildings?
@@1337Jokerman Is it wrong, though? I guess Notre Dame may have been this colour when it was originally built, but today, it looks somewhat grey, I'd say.
And it looks far better, in my opinion.
@@SpaceCattttt Well, it's been about 25 years since I've seen it in person, but if you look at well lit close-up pictures of it, than tan seems to be the best choice to me.
Hi, I love it. Is it Minifigure sized?
Of course not
@@Koen1702 Whoa, ok!
Your review lost me when you felt the need to say the set was repetitive- where does actual architecture ever not have repetitive elements? If you are going to review something how about thinking first to keep it realistic . Regarding viewing the finished model’s interior- how about mentioning that it was a joy to build the interior - I actually thought the experience of building the model’s interior was fantastic and educational. There is a joy in construction and a reason people like to build these kits. I think this is probably the best architectural Lego model yet - and I am an architect.
Wait… doesn’t lego not make religious buildings???
Since it is such an icon even outside it’s religious history, Lego made an exception. And I’m glad they did! A beautiful model ❤
@@brickinshmirtz4012 oh yeah it’s awesome. I just wish they make more things like masjids, gurdwaras or even an accurate jabbas palace
@@brickinshmirtz4012 *its
@@brickinshmirtz4012 Lego did not "make an exception".
They scrapped their self-imposed rule, that's all.
It's gothic
